Exchange and Returns Policy.

OPUNTIA will make an exchange or return valid only for parts that have damage or manufacturing defects.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

It is important to notify the damage or defect of the product within the first 3 calendar days upon receipt of the piece and proceed to request the change within the first 10 calendar days after making your purchase.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

  • Notify the damage or defect within the first 3 days and not exceed a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt for its change.
  • The pieces must be in perfect condition, with all the components of their packaging, labels, dust covers and corresponding accessories, as they were sent.

HOW SHOULD I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

To make an exchange or return, you must send an email to hello@opuntiamx.com with the following information:

  • Full name of the client
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • Customer's cellphone
  • Description of the damage or defect of the product

We will confirm receipt of the email to begin the return process, within a period of no more than two business days. The confirmation includes a prepaid guide (standard) for the return of the product. The return guide expires 5 days after being generated, if it is not sent within that period, the return process will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted.

In the event that the shipping has been free (at no cost), the cost of returning to OPUNTIA will be borne by the customer at the address indicated by email. Once the return is accepted and the shipping information is provided, you have 5 days to make the shipment, if it is not sent within that period, the return process will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

As soon as your piece physically arrives at OPUNTIA, we will proceed to carefully examine the returned product to confirm that it meets the return specifications outlined above (this process may take up to two business days to credit the return).

Once the return has been credited, changes can be made to the piece as follows:

  • Return by species: exchange for the same new piece (subject to availability).
  • Refund in credit: the amount of the original purchase will be rewarded as a credit in the online store through an electronic code that can be used at that time or saved as a credit balance for future purchases. The return code will be automatically sent to the email registered in the original purchase.

** In no case will refunds be made to the customer in cash or by bank transfer. The return is made exclusively as store credit valid for three months from the generation of the coupon. The shipping cost does not apply to returns **

In the event of a return on credit, the discount of the amount of the product of the original purchase will be granted as store credit. You can buy a product with a higher value than the return coupon and cover the difference by the payment method you select.

The change of the piece will be subject to availability. If you do not have the originally purchased piece, we will proceed to offer a piece of the same price or its redemption in store credit.

IN WHAT CASE WILL NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN BE MADE?

  • No exchanges or returns will be made on products that have suffered damage caused by improper use, not following the care on the label or extreme weather conditions.
  • Does not apply changes or returns for pieces on sale.

INFORMATION IMPORTANT :

We reserve the right to modify or change the return policies at any time, so you should review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are posted on the website.

  • OPUNTIA is not financially responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address, if the error was made by the customer.
  • In the event of a return, if you paid for your purchase at convenience stores, there will be no refund for the commission charged by these establishments.
  • OPUNTIA is not responsible for shipments made on behalf of the customer if they are not delivered to our address, damaged during shipment or lost.
  • Returns sent after the deadline, which do not meet the conditions of our return policy, may be rejected. In that case, the product will be sent back to the recipient assuming that there will be no exchange or refund.
  • In case of return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
